We are established to promote the general advancement of education, technical and otherwise, among members of and those connected with, and the educational and professional interest of the Hotel and Catering Industries (hereinafter called “the Industries” which expression includes any undertaking, or any part of an undertaking, which consists wholly or mainly in the carrying on (whether for profit or not) of one or more of the following activities.
